Turning On the Stage Lights to a Fresh New Chapter

When you think of your former self – your Before Covid self – what comes to mind? For us, we think of the energy and bubbling enthusiasm we had orchestrating live events for our clients and the impressive new ones we were gearing up for in the new decade.

As we all personally can relate to, the start to the 2020 decade had many plans none of us could brace for. Unfortunately, that included the cancellation of those remarkable new events we and our clients were looking forward to.

Over the last two years, we’ve experienced our share of ups and downs as an events company navigating how to pivot in our changed world. While we’ve been eager to jump back into the events we love to create, our first priority has been the safety of our staff and clients. This priority led us to focus on virtual and hybrid programs followed by intimate, outdoor events later on.

Now we’re four months into 2022 and Backstage is ready to turn the stage lights on again for a fresh new chapter! To start this new chapter off, we’ve hired on new talent like our Event Marketing Specialist, Elora Cook, and are attending The EVENT – our first in-person event in two years – in Toronto, Ontario at the end of April. Along with these exciting new additions to Backstage, we’re getting back on the road with sight inspections across Canada and sunny Southern California for our clients! We’re thrilled to be venturing into this exciting time with our fellow industry members and clients after a complicated era. Expect to see more of us online and in person as we build upon the legacy we’ve created over the last twenty-five years!
