What We’ve Been Up to - 10/22
It’s been a whirlwind of a year! The team at Backstage can’t believe we’re already nearing the end of October and quickly heading into the holiday months. We have some uniquely fabulous events coming up for the remaining months of the year. Over the past few months, we’ve also been busy putting together many exciting events for our clients and watching them come to life the day of. Most notably this month, we had the honour of designing and orchestrating two events for our clients, Economical Insurance and Pembridge Insurance, at their annual Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) convention at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in Toronto, Ontario. It was an invigorating challenge for our team to balance two events happening at the same time and our efforts were rewarded! Both rooms were jammed once the festivities began and guests didn’t want to leave when the night was over. That’s what the Backstage team calls a roaring success!
We’ve also been attending industry events to meet new vendors and learn about fun new ways we can enhance every show we partner on. Some of these include the Canadian Meetings + Events Expo (CMEE) in Toronto, Ontario and TourSpain cocktail parties to meet international vendors from some of Spain’s most beautiful cities.
